In 1999, Peggy and her husband, Dr. Greg Jenkins, planted a small Chardonnay vineyard on their hillside property in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains. What started out as a landscaping adventure, turned into an experience that inspired them to make their own wines in the historic Novitiate Winery, close by their home in the Los Gatos hills.
