
For 28 years, Peggy Fleming enjoyed a successful career with ABC Sports. Beginning in 1981, she became the face and voice of ladies figure skating as an on-air analyst. She worked side by side with 2-time Olympian, Dick Button, and the two became a dynamic duo. On air, Peggy maintained the poetic, calming presence while Dick offered his passionate perspectives. Together, they traveled the world with ABC and ESPN, commenting on competitive figure skating. Peggy made guest appearances on talk shows and other television programs. During this time in her career, she maintained her status as a symbol of fitness, a healthy lifestyle and she became a crusader for health issues.
Over the years, her speaking engagements have steadily increased, and today she is an eagerly sought after representative of the sports world. Her most recent speaking appearances have been for Medline Industries, Henry Ford Health Systems, Baptist Health Foundation, the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Red Dress Event and Pomona Vally Hospital Medical Center. Previous speaking engagements include: John Hancock, Hallmark, American Express, and the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Peggy has also been the celebrity spokesperson for products such as Kaneka QHTM, OsCal calcium supplements, Visa and a breast cancer awareness campaign with Musselman’s Natural Applesauce.
